2021 Holiday Gift Guides
I have either gifted or personally used most of these in the guides!
Gifting tips:
1. When you’re not giving something “big” but feel like one inexpensive thing is too small, I like to give “themes” and complete the gift with multiple small items!
For example – this year I got someone who recently got into bougie cocktails a cocktail set, large ice cube trays, and a cocktail recipe book. To elaborate on it further…you could add some rimming salt, orange bitters, and lowball glasses to start their collection.
If you get someone the beginners gardening book I linked below, pair it with some shears and gloves.
If you give a cookbook, add a fancy cooking tool and dish towels.
For a BBQ theme, pair the rub and cookbook I linked below with a manly canvas apron, or one with a funny saying.
You know…themes!
2. If you’re giving a gift card, tape it to something inexpensive that fits the theme to make it extra thoughtful.
For example…a Starbucks gift card in a mug, a Sur La Table gift card with some dish towels, etc.
3. I also like to get inexpensive stockings (you can find them in the Target Bullseye section or the Dollar Store) and fill them with small themed things.
For a mom/mother in law, you could do some exfoliating scrub, a candle, and CBD lotion (linked a discount to our brand below).
The Parents Who Have Everything:
- A portrait session with you
- Photo album with all their favorite photos
- Groupon for an activity or a lesson they would never do otherwise (guitar lessons, ballroom dancing, etc)
