Summer Shades and Textures

It’s scorching here in Arizona!! I’m trying to beat the Summer heat by wearing really light fabrics. My top and shorts are both different blends of lightweight linen that is breathable enough to wear in the 115 degree weather here. I combined these different blends of linen for a nice mixup of textures, and added some subtle pattern with the light coral plaid! A great way to wear all light colors without looking like you’re going to the Hamptons is by mixing cream and white together…it’s kinda feminine, kinda edgy, really laidback, and looks like it was done totally on purpose. Aka: super chic. Cream and white is the perfect summer color combination! I added the pop of edginess with the lace-up heels because that’s just who I am, and my outfits wouldn’t be complete without an edgy flair! The suede also adds to the mix of textures with something unexpected. I always mix edgy and feminine-it’s the best and most unexpected combo! Another example of that in this look is my edgy chunky chain necklace with the feminine lips, Ray Bans, and bracelet. What is your favorite style combination?
