Crock-pot Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip
My favorite season is here – FOOTBALL SEASON! And that means tons of tailgating and hosting!! Over the years of living with boys, I’ve perfected my football game snackage. I’ve been asked multiple times to share one of my best smash hits to-date which is my cheesy buffalo ranch chicken dip…it’s one of those easy “dump” recipes that only requires a few ingredients and a little time in the crock-pot and voila! Keep it in the crock-pot on warm and you can serve it alllll day long. And just as easy as that, you’re the most popular chick on the block because they all want to eat your buffalo chicken dip.
Check out this super easy and yummy recipe below:
Ingredients:
1lb shredded chicken (I just cook 3-4 medium chicken breasts in the oven or crockpot and pull it, otherwise you can find pre-pulled packaged chicken at the grocery store)
8oz package Cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch
1/2 cup Frank’s red hot
4 oz mozzarella
4 oz Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Crumbled blue cheese to taste (optional)
Sliced green onion to taste (optional)
Celery or carrot sticks, tortilla chips, Fritos, or potato chips for dipping
Directions:
Literally just dump everything in the crock-pot and let it sit for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Top with some crumbled blue cheese and/or green onions to taste, and dip away! Happy football season!
